A few lines each morning on how the build went the day before. Written from the workshop's own records, newest first.

1. 25 September 2026Friday

   Houses, characters, birth and death are built and in their final checks. The new test world, The house goes on, passes all 14 of its checks: a head of house dies, an heir takes over, and the house carries on. Births, childhood survival and deaths land on the figures in the design, and a world saved to the database and restarted twice plays out exactly as one kept in memory.

   The full test suite is running now (it takes about an hour), and an independent audit is reading the same code. If both come back clean, the next stage is a playtest world with its clock running.

   Also new today: this site. From now on there will be a note like this one each morning.
