The Millwright
In their time
Millwrights built and repaired mills, from water-wheels to windmills, which spread in England from the later twelfth century. The work combined carpentry, engineering and a knowledge of water and wind. Millwrights were valued, travelling craftsmen, often hired by lords or monasteries who owned the mills. They depended on carpenters, smiths and stone suppliers for millstones.

A hammer, an anvil, an axe, an adze, a stone hammer and a pit saw, without which the work can't be done. Also useful: a knife.
How they learn
They learn millwright by doing it: the work is practice, and practice raises their rank.
